The core product is the modularly structured simulation software MAGMASOFT®. It is a comprehensive simulation tool for the technological and quality focused production of castings in all processes and cast materials worldwide. MAGMASOFT® stands for the prediction of the entire cast component quality and process chain by providing a better understanding of mold filling, solidification and cooling, mechanical properties, thermal stresses and distortion.
MAGMASOFT® increases profits by reducing and eliminating costs throughout the entire casting process chain. From the first concepts, through component design, casting layout and prototypes up to process optimization, robust casting and quality assurance, advantages can be realized. The software supports the user in the layout of the pattern, the determination of melting practice and casting methoding through to mold making, heat treatment, and finishing. The tool is engineered for all casting materials and processes.
