Our vacuum furnaces are available in a wide range of sizes and may be coupled with thermochemical treatment furnaces like low pressure carburizing, low pressure nitriding and plasma nitriding.

Horizontal gas quenching furnace B8_T
The B8_T is designed for the main heat treatments and brazing at high temperature and especially for sensitive quenching treatments thanks to the rotating flow cooling patented by BMI, which provides incomparable quenching uniformity.
High pressure up to 12 bar abs, high temperature up to 1250°C. low pressure carburizing can be selected as an option on this furnace.
Tempering & low pressure nitriding furnace B5_R
Low pressure nitriding or cryogenic sub-zero treatment can be selected as an option.
Aluminum brazing furnace BA5_
This furnace has complete metal insulation with a low degassing rate, full-size pumping units to ensure the high vacuum level required for aluminium brazing and 6 heating zones to guarantee a thermal homogeneity of +/-3°C.
The BA5_ vacuum furnaces is particularly well suited for the brazing of heat exchangers.
